The core of LED cooling process is to effectively control PCB chip and working temperature increase of the power driver. To meet this goal, we need to select each conductive material whose performance can meet all requirements for different parts in the initial design stage. WILKON's thermally potting resin is used as an LED power-driven thermal media material to isolate the power supply from the outside environment to provide excellent mechanical and electrical performance while reducing the overall operating temperature of the product, thus ensuring the use of the product life. LED chip heat conduction of the basic link, from the chip to the encapsulating substrate, the substrate and then to the heat sink or chassis. WILKON's thermal interface material is used between the PCB and the heat sink of the substrate to fill the voids to increase the effective contact area and reduce the thermal resistance to enhance heat transfer. WILKON's thermal grease has excellent fluidity, low viscosity and can be applied on the surface evenly to achieve maximum heat dissipation efficiency.
